If you’ve approached anything fitness, you’ve heard of and probably done meal prep.

 

While there is nothing wrong with meal prep, it is not for everyone. Yet there are many with the mentality that you need to meal prep to get results or to lose the fat or to be healthy.

 

That is absolutely NOT TRUE!!

 

Meal prep just isn’t the solution for some people. It isn’t my personal solution most of the time and it isn’t for many of the women I work with simply because we just don’t live that lifestyle, nor do we want to.

 

Now I understand that yes, to achieve certain goals, you have to do certain things. Have discipline with some practices and have some sacrifices. However, what I’m finding is that for many people (not just women) their goal and their actions are not lining up at all. Their goals are not even lining up with them as a person many times.

So yes, I know this is supposed to be about meal prep but we have to go back to the why. Always.
